Short description of the project
The project procures equipment and software that enable the digital transition of the company with special emphasis on optimizing the stages of production and which enable resource efficiency, ie reducing the generation of production waste, which will ensure the resilience of the company and market growth. By purchasing new equipment, the production process is innovated and a new green and efficient business model is introduced with the aim of optimal production of a new generation of baits for squid and fish fishing. The production of top baits with proven hunting, which DTD produces for the demanding fishing market, requires constant improvement of all organizational and process structures of the company. The purpose of the project is to strengthen the competitiveness of DTD by implementing green and digital technologies and transformation through a new business model to ensure increased production, market growth and resilience to change.
Objectives and expected results of the project
- Modernize production processes, and new technology will ensure additional raising of the quality of the company's products, as well as the introduction of new products in production capacities;
- Enable new research and development activities in the future, which is extremely important for the development of the company;
- Ensure higher productivity and production capacity within production lines, which will consequently enable easier expansion in the global market;
- Ensure in-house new processes of making needles on baits;
- Implement the digital transformation of the organization on the basis of which it will introduce new procedures and significantly improve production processes crucial for the company's business.
- Introduction of new digital solutions in business and implementation of digital transformation based on new technology and introduction of a new green optimized business model based on green technology.
- The expected results are an increase in sales revenue, an increase in the number of employees and a stronger entry into the international, global fisheries market.
